Dear friends, The Dream Fashion is doing fund raising activities to donate to the charity homes from time to time. Last year we have donated SGD$300.00 to Canossaville Children's Home. Not bad for a first time attempt! This year, we have yet to decide our beneficiary, however it will likely be either Canossaville Children's Home again OR the Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF). Why do we want to do this? The are many other less fortunate people out there who could use every help we can give and we just want to give. Our fund raising method The Dream Fashion is going to take out 1.5% of the total sales in the month of November for the donation. On top of that we will match dollar-to-dollar for whatever amount that 1.5% may yield. The total figure will be presented to our beneficiary in a form of cheque and is expected to reach them before Christmas celebration. At the same time, the total amount will be reported on our website. Note: The donated amount will be taken from the sales amount, customers will not be asked to pay extra money other than the prices stated on the website. Nor will we raise the prices on the website just for this purpose. The Dream Fashion voluntarily take out a portion of our earnings for the purpose of helping others. How can you help? If you feel strongly about helping others or just feeling generous, you can: 1. Spend more buying from us, for every dollar you spend on The Dream Fashion, 1.5% is going for the donation without the need of you spending additional dollars. OR 2. You could take up private donation to the selected organisation once we announce the beneficiary. We hope you will support our initiative. Cheers! |
