Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 1.How can I place order? You may refer to Making Order Guidelines - http://www.thedreamfashion.com.sg/catalog/conditions.php. 2.Can I order via email, phone, sms? We process all our orders via online purchase only. This is to ensure your orders are tracked in our system and will be process in a timely manner. 3. Do you have a physical store? Can I view and try out the products? We only have online store. As such, we are unable to accommodate to viewing and trying out. 4. How do I know if the product size will fit me nicely? Please review and make decision based on the product measurement. For first time customer, we will allow you to exchange for same / different product if sizes doesn’t fit. Do note that you will pay for the postage fees. 5. Do you have brochure / catalog? All our products are available in website for viewing. 6. How long do I have to wait once placed order? We work based on pre-order basis and have limited items on hand. You should be able to receive the items 2 weeks from payment date. 7. What is the payment mode? We accepts Paypal and bank transfer. Please choose desired payment method during check out. 8. Can I self collect? Can I pay cash upon collection? Self collection is possible at Pasir Ris MRT Only. For self collection, we will waive SGD2 postage fee. Upfront payment is required prior to us processing order. 9. Is the postage fee of SGD2 per order or per item? We charge a standard local postage fee of SGD2 per order irregardless of number of items. This is for normal mail. 10. What if my order is above SGD100? We will waive the SGD2 normal mail postage fee. In addition to that, we will offer FREE registered mail for local order. 11. I am in overseas, what is my postage fee? Upon successful order, we will provide an estimate weight and overseas postage options and fees. We will refund the balance once we post out the items. 12. How do I know if my order is successful? You will receive an auto generated Order Notification email with Order ID. You may also view your order in Order History. 13. After successful order, can I add or cancel products selected? Please send us email on additional request on addition / cancellation. 14. I am interested in a particular product but it is no longer available in the website. How can I order? The product is removed from our website as it is out of stock from our wholesaler side. Hence it is no longer available for ordering. 15. Will the out of stock product be available again? It depends on our wholesalers and manufacturers. Sometimes they will replenish the stock and at times it is out of stock permanently. 16. What is the product’s measurement? Most of the products will have measurement indicated in description. If it is not indicated, please refer to Definition of Sizes - http://www.thedreamfashion.com.sg/catalog/conditions.php. 17. How is the product’s quality? We do Quality Check prior to posting out to ensure customer satisfaction. Please refer to Return Policy - http://www.thedreamfashion.com.sg/catalog/shipping.php 19. My parcel is lost in mail. How can I track status? We can only track status for Registered mail / Speedpost. Singpost is unable to track status for normal mail. Hence customers are advised to pay additional SGD2 for Registered Mail. 20. Can I get refund for parcel lost in mail? How often do you upload new arrival? We are uploading on weekly basis. We aim to bring latest and trendiest style for ordering. 22. How can I be VIP member and entitles to discount? Please refer to http://forum.thedreamfashion.com.sg/topic/220193/1/#new 23. Do you do wholesaling? We only do retailing at the moment. 24. Do you provide bulk discount if I order a lot? We aim to provide buyer with most affordable price, hence our profit margin is low.
