Hi tsk,

Depending on which factories the clothings are produced, the size can varies from shops to shops.

Our panel of suppliers provide us with the approximate measurements for the clothing, which we will state for every items, for example:

Quote:

Free Size: Chest80cm Waist76cm Long70cm.

If the measurements are not stated, then we are advised to refer to the general guide of:

Quote:

The sizes stated can be defined as such:
Tops / Dresses (inch)
S - Chest 30.7 - 32.3, Hip 33 - 34.6
M - Chest 32.3 - 33.8, Hip 34.6 - 36.2
L - Chest 33.8 - 35.4, Hip 36.2 - 37.8

Bottoms (inch)
S - Waist 25.2 - 26.7, Hip 33 - 34.6
M - Waist 26.7 - 27.6, Hip 34.6 - 36.2
L - Waist 27.6 - 28.4, Hip 36.2 - 37.8

Product with Free Size means it is approximately between size S and M.

However, despite the measurements given, we do encounter clothings that do not match the declared sizes. We will usually advise customers that certain clothings may have smaller measurements than what is stated. Even for different kind of brand, the S size may differ; e.g. S size for SweetGirl series is generally smaller than the S size for ECA.

You need not be worried about the sizes, we usually allow customers to exchange if the size does not fit.
:D

If you have other queries, feel free to ask. In the meantime, I shall move this thread to the right Topic category.

Wish you a pleasant shopping experience!

Cheers!

Hi tsk,

Ok, I will attempt to list down the differences, BUT please do not take my words as 100% accurate. :P We can only comment based on what we have seen before.

Assuming we are comparing S size:

- ECA and TT are generally having larger S size.
- SweetGirl, Hanee and Garden ST are generally having smaller S size (designed for young ladies)
- Other brands are more or less in between (normal size).
- Magazine fashions, e.g. CO, LY, ZS are magazine replica items. The sizes may varies depend on the production quality.

Knowing the difficulties for our customers to judge the correct size, we have offered exchange option for the first time buyers. Hoping that customers after exchanging can better judge the sizes for the next purchases.

It will also help if customers inform us on your body size when in doubt. We will advise you on the possible correct sizes to the best of our knowledge.

Does this sound alright to you? :)

Cheers!

Hihi,

saw this thread and surprisingly to find out that there are many ppl also feel unassured on the size chart....I also have experienced purchasing what the website has indicated on their size measurements, but always came back disappointment.

Was thinking, if mod could provide images showing how the measurements was taken, ie: using a top to indicate where its respective measurements are taken, in this case, we could better gauge the measurements, thus save the hassle of exchanging.

Just suggesting...hope no offence. :)

Hi lwn,

None taken! :) Good suggestion, we will put that in our Things To Do.

We will try to provide this piece of information.

We are taking items from various suppliers and brands, their definitions maybe somewhat different (not universal). Especially if we are talking about magazine replica items, the measurement can be very different from one factory to another. This is also why many customers feel uneasy about getting the right measurement and why we extend the offer to exchange for first timers.

Nevertheless, we will try to do a drawing on how the measurement should be taken (please forgive my bad drawing skill... :P )

Thank you very much for the suggestion! :)

Cheers!

Hi Spyder,

Wont mind your drawing skills, as long as it is clear and precise, that is the most impt info.

I guess with this unique service that your website provides, your biz will surely head north till cant see the arrow... :D

btw, understand website has its limitations, and of cox you wish to provide ultimate services for your website, thus, the photos uploaded (i presume) are edited for fast uploading/downloading previews, but some photos are really small that I cant seem to view the designs and its materials. Will it be better to have standard size for all your photos? (just curious)

Keep up your services, hope to see one day, your website could open a physical shop.

Cheers! ^_^

Hi lwn,

Thank you very much for your compliment! :)

Noted on the photos. We actually did not edit the photos. They are the sizes that comes with our suppliers actually. When you click on any picture it will enlarge and that will be the original size. Are you referring that some original sizes photo are still too small for viewing?

p/s: Btw, we would not want to have a physical shop anytime soon, because with physical shop means higher maintenance fee, and in turn more expensive selling prices. :) We rather keep our customers happy by providing low cost and good quality items.

Cheers!
