Dear friends, For the benefit of customers who may not be aware of how The Dream Fashion operates, the following is a short description of our Business Model. The Dream Fashion (TDF) operates using pre-order method. Pre-order means TDF does not hold ready stock for items published on the website. Instead: 1. Customer will select and place order with TDF. 2. Customer will proceed to make payment either via PayPal or Internet/Bank Transfer. 3. Upon confirmation of payment, TDF will place orders with our panel of suppliers. 4. Suppliers will confirm and process the orders. 5. Items will be sent to TDF within one week time. 6. Upon receive of items, TDF will check for out of stock items and defect items. Out of stock and defect items will be refunded to the customers. 7. The rest of the items will be posted out to customer. In total, the turn around time is estimated about 12-14 days from the payment date. Please note that TDF will only know of the out of stock items upon receiving the parcel from the supplier. TDF always check the items availability at the point of making the purchase order with suppliers. If any particular model is running low of stock, TDF will not risk to acquire that model, instead TDF will exercise full refund to the customer. In other words, TDF will only acquire items that we have confident in getting. However, unexpected situation could happen, despite our attempt, it is possible that we are still not able to secure the items. In that case, TDF will still exercise the full refund to the customer upon receiving the out of stock notice. Should you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards. |
